Your Homework (The fun kind!)

 To help me build your website accurately and efficiently, I ask that all clients complete a Google Form. This gathers the essential information, content, and images (if needed) I need for each page of your site or various project—all in one organized place. It ensures nothing gets missed, keeps the project moving smoothly, and allows me to design a site that truly reflects your ministry or organization. This process will take you a few minutes but saves us both time in the long run. I will email you IF I need additional information. Find the form in the section below.

If you are ordering a website, I will brand your website using your colors, your logo, images, and overall brand voice so everything feels consistent and true to your ministry or organization. This includes selecting stock imagery (if needed) and choosing photos that complement your style. While GoDaddy’s templates offer limited font options, I will match your existing brand as closely as possible. And if you don’t already have a brand guide, no worries—I can recommend a simple, cohesive direction as we begin so your site looks polished and unified from start to finish. 

 For websites: Once your website draft is ready, I’ll send you a link so you can review each page. You’ll have up to two rounds of revisions per page to make sure everything looks and reads exactly the way you want. After your site is fully approved, you’ll also receive a PDF guide that walks you through how to update your content, make basic changes, maintain your site, and even add new pages in the future. This gives you full confidence and control moving forward. 

For other projects: You will receive a PDF proof of your piece emailed to you.
